Managers, admins and viewers are not discounted. They are free because we do not score them. Big Sister scores the reps whose calls are the product; a manager's calls never enter the Sales Score, the leaderboard or the team average, so there is nothing to bill for. The price follows from what the product measures.

Per seat or per team?
We used to bill per team. We now bill per scored rep, and the argument against per-seat still stands: charging by head creates an incentive to leave weak reps off the standard, which kills the point of a team-wide score. So the principle moved from pricing to policy. Pricing is per scored rep. The whole team goes on the standard. We do not onboard partial rosters.
Who counts as a scored rep?
Anyone whose calls we score. Sales managers, admins and viewers are not scored, so they are free - full access to every dashboard, no bill. If a manager also sells and you want their calls scored, mark them as a rep and they are billed like one.
What is the retro snapshot?
On your first paid month we score your existing call history: 1 month on Solo, 3 months on Team. You open the product to real scores on your own calls, not an empty dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
No. The retro snapshot is the proof instead. You see your own data scored in the first month, and you can leave after it.
What do I need to connect?
Two things, and only one on Solo. First, wherever the conversation happens: a notetaker for online meetings (Fireflies, Fathom, Granola) or a dialer for phone calls. Second, on Team, your CRM: Zoho, HubSpot or Pipedrive. Custom covers anything else, including Creatio, extra dialers and BI exports.
Can I change plans?
Yes, monthly. Move between Solo and Team, add or remove scored reps, at the start of any billing month.

Fair use: 150 scored interactions per rep per month, pooled across the team. Custom agents from $500 per agent per month, billed on top of seats. Team minimum 5 scored reps, $250 per month. Prices in USD, excluding tax.
